I'm not sure about that but you can just file a claim in the resolution center and paypal will refund you as soon as they review the case and also, they will try contacting the seller and if the seller doesn't reply, PayPal will refund you. Just tell them what happened, like how you paid for the item today, and the guy deleted his etsy account as well as removed the listing, they will check up on it, confirm it and all should be well. Just sucks that a guy would do that.
