Here we are. 1st try with an old cardboard (I still have not received my order) . Just to try the cut and dimensions. It is not so bad... What do you think about it guys?

I would suggest using sintra board. Easy to cut and no corrugation like the ones in between cardboards. They also come in different thickness. 1.5mm, 3mm, 5mm. Sintra boards are also nice to paint it with spray.

Nothing complicated here. Just to cut pieces carefully with a good blade. Will try to make the final project in pvc instead of cardboard. I think it will be more durable and strong...
