Why would the cover cost so much more on the secondary market in
the UK? I think I got mine here in the US for about $150.

yup, it was code3, my mate ordered one, and is sending it back today for a refund.
Real big screw up by play, they never put the manufacturer in the title, but even so, it was advertised as the MR version!
