I'm torn between buying TLJ Kylo whilst Sideshow still has it, or waiting to see if HT does come out with a Ben Solo.

My beef with the HT TROS Rey is the sculpt isn't very good. They were closer with the TLJ & TFA sculpts

I still think TFA was closest, which isn't saying much.

Are there any examples of HT changing a sculpt significantly (for the better) after complaints/feedback? I'm not so much bothered by the face, it's more the hairstyle on this figure that makes the sculpt look bad.

I think the whole "scar healing" thing has less to do with a creative move and more to do with inconsistent, last-minute reshoots....but anyway....

This is the second figure from TROS that should have featured more accessories.

• the melted "vader" helmet
• a wayfinder
• pistol

At the least, HT could have said something like "mystery item" like they've done with Marvel characters.

I'm leaning slightly towards this. Driver really has the best acting chops in the movie...he really sells it, even the awful ending.

I don?t know. I think the scar healing was part of signifying the death of Kylo Ren and the rebirth of Ben Solo. I think that was an important part of it. Anyway, they definitely should?ve included the Vader helmet and even the Obsidian to test it on. I don?t know if Disney was holding back because of ?spoilers?, but the Vader mask and stand was in the trailer so that could?ve at least been included. The way finder would?ve been a good accessory also.

Was there ever any promotional images showing Kylo with the hood up? I mean from the movie. I don't think I ever saw anything that shows how that looks. It seemed like it would have been a great way to combine his TFA and TLJ looks.

I didn?t even know he had a hood until the other day looking at promo pics. I don?t think it was used in movie at all, but I like the Idea of cape/hood/helmet on look so much that I preordered the figure after selling off all my sequel figures lol. Now I?m gonna need a Rey and a BB8, maybe rebuy Phasma down the line(her book and look are a win for the character).

Is there any chance that the hood might be sewn in place and non-movable? I remember a leaked image from over a year ago of different character designs and he had his hood up with the helmet on. I assume something was cut from the movie. Hopefully the figure can achieve that look because it was pretty awesome.

They did change something due to mad crazy respond from the fans. Cannot for the life of me remember which one.
