That is why I use the Signature waiver on all my items. A few slip throught the cracks (mostly in-stock items) but it works for most of the time. Luckily my UPS center is on my way home from work if I do have to go the dreaded 'signature required' route. I too hate how it is an extra charge in addition to the extra pain in the butt it is.

you guys live in the boonies or what? my ups is 2 miles from my place and this is colorado where almost everything is like 10 miles away.

The airport is like 80 miles away from Estes Park

the signature waiver would be fine if i could just go to their website and choose it from my account. but you need to print it and fax it in on every order. finding a fax machine around here is more work than driving 60 miles to UPS.

Man I guess Im lucky as well because my UPS pick up is only about a 5 min drive there and back, unless I hit some traffic then it might take me 10 mins

FF was going to be the first figure in this line I didn't mod (except for the boots). The Pro's skinny /stiff looking legs kept bothering me, so I swapped him to a TT Advanced and the clothes fit more naturally and he has better proportions.

Got him today. It's going to be a bit before he's presentable, but I like how I have him at the moment. No backpack or bandolier. Cuffs rolled under. Joker machine gun in his right hand, bomb case on his left. SMG ammo pouch removed and replaced with detonator in a pouch. Dark grey head w/goggles.

I like the gaiters, though they should be darker (what couldn't?). I like the kneepads against the patches too. I hate the backpack strap. A lot. Can't wait to make my custom one.

Overall, he's ____ing awesome. I love how looks like right now (I might not dye the camo, even) and once he gets a bandolier or two across his chest with a frame pack, he'll be as close to perfect as I can be bothered to make him. What's important is that next to my four other Cobra figures, he is clearly Firefly.
