IMO, the TT's a bigger, and definitely scrawnier fail than the Pro. I'm going with the Commando sweater EvilFace suggested back in the SE thread to bulk him up and hide the Pro's awkward looks.
I think the biggest thing throwing the 'look' of Snake Eyes off is the skintight top, the loose pants, and being buried under tons of gear. It just all adds up to make his upper half look small in comparison to his lower half.
Anyway, the wooly pully is something I think will make a huge difference. There's a custom SE on the OSW right now using a wooly pully and it looks great. That and possibly a visor mod (depending on what his mask covers) are the only mods I have planned for mine.
