Only defect is the magnet holding the hand doesn't lock in all the way (never got around to trying to fix it). I haven't found this to be that noticeable on display. Seems securely locked in place however. See Pics

First is straight view, Second is side view.

Some updated pics...I took up-close pics of the hand. I was checking for the statue number and made a unpleasant discovery---some of The Amazing Spider-Man Graphics rubbed off. See pics.
