Really thank you so much for every comment you have posted here...reading them helped me a lot yesterday when I was feeling really down...now the battle continues and will follow your advices...it's kind of hard to handle this but when we finally could reach our dream it will be the greatest gift in the whole universe...thank you again guys...we really appreciated.

God will help you through this. It's definitely best to not worry too much, and allow things to just happen. The more you stress about it, the less likely you'll be to have success. Just know, if it doesn't happen right away, it wasn't meant to happen at that time.

Enjoy the 'trying' part of baby making, and do whatever else ya'll need to, stress free. :D

Good luck to you both.

When I first saw this thread I was suspcious thinking this was a way to raise funds on an emotive subject.
Sorry but thats just me and my paranoid head.

I am sure you are genuine though, as this would have been closed by now and all i can say is that sometimes these things happen for a reason.
Maybe its not the right time, maybe you are trying too hard or not trying at the right ovulating times I don't know.
But the point about adopting was a good one and worthy of a second mention.
I wish you all the best and hope things work out for the two of you and I would hold of on the treatment if its that expensive, as bringing up a kid is costly enough to start with.

Good luck;)

Thanks a lot for all your comments and wishes...we will try to relax for a while...to stay calm and let things settle down...but of course trying the normal procedure and wishing the Lord could help us...thank you very much guys!

Sometimes maybe its best not to voice your opinion. Were not talking about favorite football teams or Predators movie.

I went through the same problem as he did, and it was some of the hardest times my wife and I went though. So yes your entitled to your opinion, and I respect that but sometimes its best to keep it to yourself.
This is one of those times

Good luck to you P, Id takr a break from it all focus on something else and then give it another whirl in a few months, sometimes the break help, for me it did and for some other couples I know. Invitro wouldnt have been an option for me either, to expensive in Canada before last week, now the government pays for it..

worked for my niece; she had twins.

I agree with Vortex; stop driving yourself crazy trying and let nature have it's way. The two of you are probably getting so worked up and nervous that you are are stressed out. Just relax, go on another honeymoon and enjoy each others company.

Good luck

I've deleted a few insensitive posts.

Please remememeber peeps occasionally there is a thread that requires a little tact and empathy, if you can't display that then move along.

My best friend was trying for years to get pregnant and they even enrolled and were about to start IVF. Then suprisingly she got pregnant the natural way. They now have a 7 month old beautiful little girl.
Needless to say it saved them a fortune and was a very emotional time.

Pompiato, I wish you and your wife all the very best, I hope things work out for you. :duff

:clap :clap :clap

Deeznutz I had no idea Canada paid for IVF. I have a friend in Alberta who has been trying but has been unsuccessful. I wonder if they know about this.

Did u delete the ones where Pixel Twin was insulting my intelligence. If not I think those should be looked at. Just saying.

Although my wife and I are not having kids by choice, this sounds very frustrating. I wish you and your wife the best Pompiato. :)

I was about to comment that I was impressed with how mature everyone was being... sad to see that those kind of posts were made. :( Glad they were deleted.

Have had two cousins who have done this. They said it just depends on the women and the doctor. Good luck to you.

Just a FYI: In Vitro can result in having multiples (twins, trips, etc), so if you do it, you might get a mighty suprise :lol:lol:lol:lol

I have a friend who tried for several years to get pregnant the regular way. She eventually tried IVF. It wasn't until the 10th try that it finally happened for her. It was frustrating and a devastating experience for her up until that time. Now she has a beautiful child who has enriched her life more than anything.

I wish you and your wife all the best. :duff

I know a couple who were older, and spent upwards of $100,000 on fertility treatments. They were getting a bit discouraged about the whole thing, but it eventually happened and now they have a baby boy. I know there are other stories along this line already posted here, but just wanted to chime in to say that it can sometimes work out with enough perserverence. Good luck.

I have nothing to say but THANKS for all of your comments and good wishes....all of them are very very helpful for me and my wife...and believe it or not I feel better after reading all of your posts...gracias muchas gracias!!! God Bless U All!!

Pompiato, my wife and I went through several years (we've been married eight years) of similar trials but just know that things have a tendency to work out-- with patience and understanding. I hope that you and your wife do what you have to do to be happy-- We've now got two beautiful daughters (ages 4 & 2)-- both the natural way with some consultation from some wonderful doctors (specialists) so you never know what the future holds. Be strong for one another.
