Skinny jeans?

Are there any jeans that aren't loose and baggy? Or particularly and made for a HT True Type Female? I'm thinking anything I get will look sloppy.

You might try to find jeans from the ZC girls figure Rebecca the Cowgirl. They are well made, but I have no idea how they will fit on a True Type female.

The hips on these True Type females are HUGE. Guy's pants hardly fit on them. I think I'll just get a pair for males and can't see if I can take them in or something. I've never sewn before but I think I can figure it out.
