The scratches are on the plastic part with the number covering the bottom of the base. These are pictured in the listing. I see no problems with the polystone statue itself - so the statue as I mentioned is mint, and I mentioned and pictured the scratches on the plastic covering the base.

Looks like there might be chips on the side of the base or its just styrofoam left on there. Curious about it.
