Shelving Ideas

I have been thinking of installing floating shelves to display some of my statues. Has anyone done this before? I would be securing them into my wall studs for support.

I saw the Ikea Lack, but I wasn't sure if there are better options. Any suggestions?

I use Ikea floating shelves, and they work great. You have to be mindful of what you put on them. My largest shelf holds up to 44 lbs, but smaller shelves won't support that weight.
