shelf lighting options, advice needed

i just set up a small shelf but it is very dark wood and my batmen and t800s get lost, it's so dark inside of it, is there anyplace that sells like smalle strips of led lights, not like christmas lights, but actual short sections? i guess i'm just looking for advice on how to illuminate the inside of it, thanks guys

Ikea or Home Depot will be your best bets.

Ikea has led strips. You can also easily make your own using a roll led strip wire found on eBay
