Sculpting materials

I'm about to start work on a custom Isaac Clarke from Dead Space 2, I've sculpted in the past but nothing on a 1/6th scale, can anyone give me some suggestions on what is the best sculpting material to use for this scale? Thanks guys

Well I have used both Super sculpy and wax in the past as well as Chavant modeling clay.
