So I really loved the first clone wars animated series it was way cooler in my opinion than the current series. I also always liked the scuba clones from that first one and I think they are cooler looking than the new ones the came up with. And since this guy was a relatively simple build I decide to do him. All I had to do was resculpt his visor add the hose and add some fins to the armor. I still need to build his backpack which will attach by magnets and his flippers. But I figured I had enough done to give you guys a peak
