I think it's because it's a robe with his sleeves. If it was just a cape it'd probably be soft goods but SHF haven't done an entire robe before.

Very reliable, I’ve gotten most of the SHF releases from them. Some from HLj too.

No, you only have to pay up front for exclusives. All preorders are charged when available/shipped unless you use PayPal.

They have a generous reward points system which is nice too.
