@FSLAR That's what I have been guessing theyll do too, although it would be nice if they made him in the 2.0 style haha, but retooling SSB goku would be too easy to pass up in tamashii's eyes imo.

They might have to lengthen part of the gi I feel and maybe change the boots, give him sleeves and that's all. Though I think they could just give him Vegetto's faces minus one earring and that would do. If they at least give him the updated knees, that would be fine

Looking at the Yamcha figure, they could easily reuse parts of him to make the Raditz Battle Saiyan Saga Goku. They would just have to change the kanji, make him barefoot, and remove the wrist bands. That paired along with a Raditz would sell like gangbusters

I'm just gonna look at it in simple terms instead of trying to clarify all possible timelines lol So there was a timeline like the one we were watching, goku hears about black and fights zamasu, but they do not realize that zamasu wants to kill his master so he succeeds and steals a time ring, goes back in time to before BoG, body swaps goku and kills him along with chi chi and Goten, then travels to Trunks' timeline to meet Trunk's zamasu (who never met goku because he died of the heart virus) and that kicks off the events of DBS that we have been watching.

So there is a timeline that diverges because BoG never happened due to that tampering. This is actually very similar to the original timeline theories from DBZ where there is a Trunks that destroys androids via remote control and gets killed by cell etc

but anyway, i guess final lesson, this is why messing with time is a big sin lol Creates too many different worlds and consequences

Just watched the episode and holy crap, didn't expect it to be so good. The action was solid, the tone was perfect, and it explained a few things. Now I'm trying to work out all these timelines. It's just a big cluster**** at this point and wrapping my head around it is overwhelming lol

Trunks's from, I don't know what to make of. I gotta see what exactly is going on with that before I call ******** on it

Also regardless of everything, I still can't wrap my head around the lack of Gohan in all of this. Seriously. I could say the same about Piccolo, but he has fallen behind as well since the Buu saga and is more teacher/mentor like he was to a young Gohan briefly. This is also far worse when I think about the lack of Gohan being mentioned by Goku Black...and you know what would have been great? Seeing Future Trunks react to a grown up Gohan! We saw him react to a changed Android 18....so what the hell Toriyama.

You forget, Vegeta only ever reached ssj2 aswell, yet here he is, evenly matched or even stronger than Goku at this point due to getting beaten every other episode xD

actually he did, there was a whole episode of future trunks meeting gohan and his family. He was surprised because he never knew gohan could actually be so happy and that reminded him of what he needed to protect at home.

i dont think he traveled to a different past, that was his own past. Since i was thinking where he came from is the same as ours up until he succeeds in killing his master. So when he went back to kill pre BoG goku he created another point of divergence (created another alternate world that we dont see, one where goku, chi chi, and goten are dead and nobody knows what happened).

a fusion between the pride of Goku and Vegeta, and the anger of Trunks. Will it be Vegito and Trunks' new form vs. Zamacku or will all three of them fuse? Only time will tell, assuming this isn't just fake.

The new episode was dope. I gave up trying to understand all these multiple timelines and parallel existences. I'm just going to accept that there are multiple instances of Zamasu from separate timelines that exist because of Trunks. Zamasu states that Trunks and his time travelling are the reason there are so many time rings. As for why there are a few green ones and a silver one, blux waves?

Then how does the split of alt histories occur? Trunks is in a future where the og zamasu meets black before zamasu can even kill gowasu or is himself killed. That black came from a timeline where he was not killed by beerus, obviously, yet he did meet and fight goku. This implies that Black is from a third timeline, beyond that of Trunks and 'our' one, in which he he meets goku does but does not get killed by beerus (whether black kills gowasu from his timeline is unknwn) and travels to Trunks'. Three timelines, with three different outcomes after zamasu meets Goku (which has to take place in each one).

The problem is, black knows goku BECAUSE goku goes to zamasu, BECAUSE trunks warns them of black. In Blacks original timeline THAT trunks is then from ANOTHER timeline. This means that the Trunks from black's original timeline comes from another future with its own timeline, and its own Black. In other words: zamasu creates black BASED on goku meeting him, which is itself based on an event from another timeline where a trunks meets a black. Black's creation is based on events from two timelines, one in which he does not exist, but is created, and the other in which he meets trunks. (And in the third we see, 'our one' he's killed.) That's like a camera filming its own signal on a tv, it goes on into infinity. Yet now a timeline occurs where zamasu is killed. So even weirder, somewhere in that infinite feedback loop is possibly a different image from the rest: our timeline, where Beerus kills zamasu. It's like 'infinity+1'. Unless zamasu is restored in our timeline, black IS created in our timeline, then it 'just' infinity, lol.

Either I'm missing something, or this is SO weird, I kinda like it.

I think you pretty much just explained it for yourself lol im just gonna go with blogness on this. Basically, stuff happened there is SOME explanation on what transpired and it opened up the flood gates to a bunch of theories and stuff, but thats it. I'm just gonna enjoy it, as long as what directly transpired with what im watching was explained, then im good lol

Received Whis in the mail this weekend. I wasn't thrilled with this release when it was first revealed and was hesitant to purchase it but I'm very pleased with the product! The articulation that he does have is well done. My only complaint may be that he doesn't have a grunting face. I know that was a rare facial expression for him but the figure is able to display some dynamic poses.
