Well, it's hard for him to get something when he's not on the ballot. I thought he should be, but Hot Toys disagreed.

Hot Toys are one of the judges (a rep for them). While the judges all discuss what should and shouldn't be on the ballot, I always defer to a company if they are on the judging panel. It avoids getting into situations where they lose, and it could be construed as someone's fault for overriding their opinion on their best products.

Understood. But its just strange they didn't want Sparrow up there. Especially when he's so good.
