removing decals off clothes??

hey all,

wanted to know what is the best way to remove decals off of clothes? (and without staining the cloth). help and tips appreciated.

Ive used goo off. it works good, but depending on how long the decal has been there, it might leave a lighter spot..

I have used alcohol, but like siq says, it left a lighter spot where it once was.

Nail varnish remover (acetone) doesn't work, I've found. Toluene however, dissolves it clean, no residue.
