Lots of talk to catch up on. Been off the grid so I'll join in and just sum up.

Personally I think the vest colors are as close as we can expect for something like this. I'm wowed and blown away that they even made a vest this accurate pattern-wise. I agree with Ray & Robbie as far as the coat material. It's tough to get color & texture dead on while still getting something thin enough to satisfy us pickier folk. While I'd like to be a couple of shades darker, I'm good with the coat. It's super futzable and lays pretty naturally. My hat hasn't hit the floor (yet) but I will say that it doesn't like to stay tilted. It kind of just falls back into a straight up position. I have to play around more and find that sweet spot that Phine mentioned.

I sort of prefer the vinyl of the V1 belt because it's more forgiving. I also have 2 knives that I won't even attempt putting in. Way too tight and not worth bending/breaking a blade or ripping the sheath.

Still looking for time to really dig in as I only had a chance to set him in a basic pose with no accessories (but gave everything a good look over). Aside from this & that that will get sorted out I'm lovin' this piece! I have to do a proper comparison still to decide if V1 is dethroned; love this piece but at the moment I'm leaning toward no

I am however sorry to hear that general issues seem to be wide spread. Missing tie & shoes? Broken staches? I'm missing my warped pig tray? Plus whatever else has been mentioned; this is a first from The Man. Oh, I'll add one more to the QC issue list; missing silver bead on my cleaver handle

That's horrible maybe the pants were hooped like the head? On the DX sets the head are attached permanently? Those leg stains are pretty noticeable, hopefully this will all get sorted out.

Looks like pops whole figure might have been hooped...

What are the DX owners thoughts on the Pig Head, without sticking up for the $ you spent on it, is it good, if it came in the regular set, whats your opinions.

I'll go ahead and sound like a broken record and say I love the pig. If I'm getting the full story then it was actually the Man's idea without influence too. Goes with the look perfectly, something very different than the norm, awesome DX accessory choice.

Since there is so many people complaining about the pattern of the vest, color of the jacket, then why nobody wants to sell it to me?

Same here brother, i consider myself very very lucky! I just don't want to force anything into the belt, if it goes in, fine, if not, it stays out. the jacket hides everything.

I didnt think these figures were meant for playing with or moving around.

my hat sits perfectly, and if i were to ever pick him up, much like the rest of my figures with hats, i would remove it to be sure it didn't fall anyways - especially since it is resin.

I don't know how I lucked out with: Ovals, no paint pants, no chipped moustache, fitting hat, and sheaths that the knives fit into....

But I love this figure, can't stop staring at it when i walk in the room.

I personally didnt have any trouble with the knives fitting in the belt, no forcing or stretching at all here!

I do indeed have the hat problem though, using blue tac doesn't help but at least ensures the protection of Bill's head.

Exactly! The hat is probably not falling into place correctly.

The slight turn is what caused my paint to chip which I had to touch up.

And as to the other point from the other member about not having him look down. That's not really an effective argument to be honest and only furthers my point ; Having to limit a pose because of an overlook in design is precisely why the hat situation is flawed.

Anyways sticky tac will help yes... But this is still very annoying and concerning for me. In the grand scheme if that's my only complaint then this figure is still a major win.

I completely agree, tried turning it slightly and had a feeling it will chip something off. Stopped right there. Hat stays near the feet for now... I can also live with the hat being balanced by tac, so long the belt is addressed for me...

Received my Bill and it's a fantastic figure, another masterpiece from the man. I'm not sure if it trumps V1, I love them both equally. I hope Rainman gets all the issues everyone is having sorted out. My only gripes and they're not huge ones are there is some glue residue on the belt and the knives were really hard to get in. Other than that pretty much a perfect figure to me.

One of the collars on my jacket was cut shorter than the other so it was asymmetrical. I think I was the only one to have this issue (or the only one who posted about it) so it was probably an isolated case

Pop, if I were you I would just send the whole figure over instead of just the head. Shipping costs probably won't be affected all that much. And though I personally have no problems putting figures together, you did essentially pay for the service of having it assembled by him.

Just heard back from him yesterday and that's actually what he suggested. I'm capable and comfortable of doing it myself also (with the tutorial handy) but I agree that part of the premium of a FS is having it assembled and ready to go out of the box. It's bad enough hobby time has been scarce recently, I like to spend the little I have reading the forum and enjoying my figs, not fixing damages (unless I caused them)

Finally had some time to open this bad boy and was inspired to drop this humble little review. Hope yall dig it! Bill is one bad mofo!

Just get all the info on there and the post system over there will make sense of it. They don't have a format like North America and other places. Whatever their format is I was never able to make sense of it. I just make sure I copy whatever is given to me, especially coma placement, and Korea and phone number go at the end/bottom line

Hate to break it to everyone but Yunsil isnt going to retailor 20-30 vests for everyone for free... even if they were tailored incorrectly to begin with. We should turn that vest list into an interest list, and throw me on there.

That's the problem, I'm just going off the address as written on the package sent to me which has no comas. I'm gonna head back to post office and see if they can help and if not, there's a place that boxes and mails out packages ran by Korean dudes. I'll just have them do it lol.

I'd be down with this if more is being altered than just lapels as mine have ovals just fine.
