I want to buy unpainted colonel from "few dollars more", but seems here is no restock for it...Does any body know could it be "restocked" or there is some special rules for long ago made heads?

Got what I was after, but was hoping that the Wonka sculpt was made available. I suspect the wig is the reason for it not being issued, but I'd take it without hair, just the resin head.
