Questions about a ROTS / AOTC Kenobi

I like the outfit on the ROTS but the head on AOTC is much better.
Paint apps seem to vary on AOTC.

Bit the bullet and am hunting down a ROTS Obi Wan now All I need once I got it is a skilled painter to bring it to the next level..

The hard part is finding the right person to paint it I am a bit demanding when it comes to painted headsculpts, especially the eyes. I know I shouldn't be since I can't paint AT ALL but..
