Seems like the Kryptonite protection goes around all the way to his butt. Personally, I'd really save some of that for the neck area..

Again, with Snyderverse Superman. . .I think it's probably a smart move for his butt to be literally covered in Kryptonite. If Batman has to choose a way to go out, I think the quick neck snap is preferable to what Snyderverse Supes will have in mind now that he's got a taste for causing suffering.

There's been no confirmation (that I could find) that the image was related to any new animated series.
