PCS Posted this render update (just the first grayscale photo) of Fulgore on their Facebook group.
Seems a little "thick" (especially in the core) and the most human looking of the cyborg variations. Resembles Bane from Batman as well.
The head needs to be bigger in my opinion - they made his body much more tank than the OG.
Added some additional photos for comparison.

So for those concerned about the "human" look - Fulgore is indeed a cyborg with human organs (apparently harvested in Moscow according to the backstory - some shady practices by Ultratech that designed him as a prototype super soldier).
Various designs feature the human aspects more or less, the OG of the 90s is a little more on the human side. Fallout 2's Advanced Power Armor (at-least in the marketing) maybe inspired by Fulgore coming out 4 years after Killer Instinct.
