Hey guys, I'm new. My name's Jon, from Wisconsin.
So, about a week ago I stumbled upon some photos of impressive Sideshow and Medicom figures and immediately became hooked. For almost every waking hour since I have been researching and planning out the characters I want to find and create. I've already purchased the parts to create 3 of my list of about 25 characters and cannot wait to get them. Custom heads from some of the best sculptors and painters on the forums and limited edition outfits and accessories. They're going to be great. However my bank account is already being punished for my new found hobby. Maybe I'll regret it, but we'll see this week when I get my first 3.
My goal is to create my favorite characters from some of my favorite movies, one day to be displayed on seperate stands, under their own small light, in front of the movie poster they belong to. Let's make it happen.
My collaborations have already included amazing painters Xenoviper and Kuato, as well as masterful sculptors Andy Bergholtz and C. Howes.
Let me know if you want to help me create my list. It's going to be as follows, I have high hopes for all of them.

please give me any tips you have for making each one the best I can or for other characters to get. I do, however, have almost all of them narrowed to all the pieces I want for them. Hope to get to know all you guys. I have a long, expensive journey ahead of me. I'll post pics when I have something to show.
