We will try to ship the International shipping first as customs may delay the arrival. I can see these guys getting some kind of confirmation if they paid by next week.

Next week may be too early to see any USA confirmations, lots of people who have not paid are from the US

No, $200 shipping for all even though the shipping to USA is actually more than that.

I have to check right now. If no issues arise that is what we wanted from the very start.

Arahom has a better idea
However, personally I assume the first few weeks of July we will see them arriving in the USA. We want to make sure we collect all the money before they ship out.
I'm optimistic, and I'm sure it's all worth the wait.
I don't want to say exact dates as Im sure Im going to be wrong.
