1/6 Need help with a Medicom Clone

Hi Guys, I bought a medicom clone trooper a couple of years back. The other day I reposed it and realized both of the shoulder were broken, I had another medicom figure so I decided to take the shoulders from that to replace them. Taking the armor out was simple, but now I can seem to get the chest piece back in place.
Can you help me guys?!!!
