Need a clear Halloween/False Face made

Hello.
I am looking for someone to make me a CLEAR mask in 1/6 scale similar to the Mad Bomber figure pictured below. It doesn't need to be painted, just left blank. I've tried several "poor man" methods on my own, but this isn't my forte.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Does anyone know how to vacuform or have the capabilities to do so? That would work as well.

I think Mooncat has vacuuform abilities--he's in the UK.
