Neca has yet to make a classic Leatherface with the metal bars in his mouth. Bummer. Mezco included them on their Cinema of Fear figure. I miss the days of Cult Classics, Cinema of Fear, and even Movie Maniacs. Imagine the figures we would have by now if they kept those lines going.

I loved those lines. To this day I still want to grab the Michael Myers in the bedsheet, but its impossible to find at a good price.

I managed to get one of those a few years back (still a high price then).

Unfortunatly the lines did not sell enough and the cost of production meant they could not afford to take risks thats why they were dropped. There is no way in hell NECA would make figures like Bubba Ho-Tep and Tall Man from Phantasm now a days.

Its going to be down to independant companies to make small run figures at high cost like Amok Time Toys for us to get some of these type lines again. May be some one will give it a go on Kickstarter there are so many cool Horror characters i would like to have been made.

Amok time is making Re-Animator figures. They announced it last year at SDCC. They released a picture of a Herbert West unpainted prototype.
