Mystery Marvel PF??

So I was over at the other house and I saw this picture of many of the upcoming Marvel , and I noticed there is me I have no clue what it is.

I am assuming it is Marvel because it is with all the Marvel new releases. It s a character with a fully black skin tight costume from the knee down so at first I thought it might be the BIB Com or the Black Widow, but the feet are all wrong.

So is this a piece we have seen before?? I know I haven't, and they were pretty damn careful when they shot the video not to show anymore of this PF. So I got me one idea, a New Black Spidey PF, anyone else got either a guess or more info???
