My MMS 117 Terminator has a long neck

The neck adapter is clicked in to the head sculpt but not into the ball joint inside the rubber neck…can anybody help?

try warm water. another possibility is the neck peg is too deep inside the neck.

The neck adapter on those go bad very fast, hence there's no grip on possibly the adapter to the body making the neck appear longer. What you need is simply a new neck adapter from eBay and swap it out, easy as pie.
