My first attempt at a background

Hey guys, i've been toying with the idea of creating the police station background for my battle damaged T800 for a little while now. Today i made it happen. It's far from perfect and i will be tweaking it to make it exactly the way i want it. I apologize for the terrible picture quality.

Any tips for improvement would be appreciated.
