My custom non hot toys anakin.

Made a custom Anakin with parts I sourced and found from ebay. I only used the hot toys tabbards instead of the medicom equivalent as the medicom ones i found were flaking badly., NOTHING else is hot toys. The head is a chinese bootleg, all the clothes are a mix of medicom and sideshow. lightsaber is medicom, and boots are medicom, the pants are sideshow and so is the gauntlet and gloves, the belt, the under belt and both shirts are medicom. I think he came out well what do you all think?? Also the body is a knock off hot toys true type tall body. I paid 130 to build this so I'm pretty happy with him.

Nice! Looks great for the price. I did similar with the SS Joker. Although weirdly, as accurate as all the replica parts are something just looks slightly...off about customs like these that I can't place my finger on.

thanks for the kind words bro. I agree something does always tend to look off on customs no matter how hard you work or how good it looks. I may try to dye some of the clothing to make it match better to the films, that may help. But just compare this figure to the sideshow one from in the early 2000's and this one is amazingly good lol.

It looks great. And that head looks good too. I have seen those ones floating about on Ebay. Good to know the quality is up there.
