This is the updated Dietrich. Doesn't really look any more like Cynthia Scott (the actress) but it looks a lot less like "colonial marine Barbie".
Also, this headsculpt is a bit of an abomination, but this is my Burke (so far).
I changed Bishop a bit as well going with the "Frank Black" head. The change is highly debatable as to whether or not it was even an improvement.
This is my "Smartgunner" from the Aliens Tech Manual along with the AVP2 (old computer game) Weyland Yutani guard.
And an updated 'self'
