Hi ,

Here is my modified Chris Reeve Superman ,

I made a new Front chest logo ( as accurate as possible ) using iron transfer paper for dark fabrics, a new custom cape made from scuba knit fabric with accurate logo . I think I am nearly an expert now at iron transfers and making capes, trial and error , but it was actually very easy.
I think it looks better but let me know what you think10322799_739439152744922_4697831765711979076_n.jpg

Did anyone here ever make a Superman costume,or just the upper body part of the costume like a shirt or something?

Im thinking about doing a Clark Kent and i rather not spend nearly 100$ shipped for just the costume on ebay.

Any help would be appreciated :)

Thanks

Awesome job!!! Really looks like he did in Superman:The Movie now. My friend you're nearing perfection with your alterations. :yess:

Truly beautiful work, mikesgtrs....like the whole thing, but the cape is really impressive....that fabric has the perfect hang.

Really well done!

Sorry...this maybe a bit outdated.
But I was just wondering how can we remove the belt and the underwear for this figure (without damaging it)?

Thanks.

Ok Finally got around to thinking of getting a reeves superman, Only thing is which version do i get ? I always liked the clean movie version but also really like the look of the evil version.
I have the chance of getting either brand new, Funny thing is i can get the clean version cheaper new than the evil one from Europe.
I would have thought the price would have went up by now as it was released in 2011. Any of you guys that own the original & evil version what are your thoughts on which is the best & why I've heard a few reviewers of the evil version say that if you don't own either they would recommend to get the evil version. I am leaning towards the original figure as its the iconic reeves it the bright costume.
