Hah, you silly collectors and your rough man hands!

Seriously, I never get snags. You should all send your figures to me to pose.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS152 - Superman: 1/6th scale Superman Collectible Figure

How did u accomplish this?!

just being careful and balancing the figure properly on the stand, as you can see. it can be done, but need some patience.

Jack Sparrow or The Joker?

Re: Hot Toys - MMS152 - Superman: 1/6th scale Superman Collectible Figure

What do you guys think? This or jack? (considering price as well) :D

Jack Sparrow. I've got both Superman & Jack and Jack Sparrow is basically so good it's like having a mini Depp on your shelf and there's so much more poses to do with the figure due to the layers of the outfit, accessories & base.

I'll answer your question with a question. What do you like better, Superman or Pirates of the Caribbean?

Translation:
One of the most, if not THE most recognizable icon of popular comic book culture for the last 70 years...

or

...a shallow Keith Richards imitation based on a Disney Theme park ride?

That's what it comes down to.

:lol You make a very strong argument!

And honestly, I gotta agree. I have both figures and Jack Sparrow is the better figure. But I'm more attached to Supes.

i really love the fact you CAN get him into a flying pose while on the stand. i just love this figure. while everything on it is perfect, the incredible likeness is really what sells it. i even love how the cape looks when posed. just amazing work.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS152 - Superman: 1/6th scale Superman Collectible Figure

a handy?

also, whats a "grundy"?

Re: Hot Toys - MMS152 - Superman: 1/6th scale Superman Collectible Figure

this is the stance i got him in right now. i notice superman likes to wave to people in a nice "hi there" kind of way, so i have him just waveing. i will have to see about getting an american flag thing going on sometime. im contiunally impressed with this figure. its so perfect to the movie, which i never thought they would get right.
