Looks like the moustache and hair too me as there completely different from the original Medicom head , lots of nice detail.
Also , nose and mouth and chin by the looks of things.

Thanks guys. Ive added more hair, redo the mustache, dropped the bandana above his right eye a little, added a bit more upper eyelid, patched up the right jaw a bit more to make the face a bit more balanced and tweaked the mouth expression etc....

i didnt take the final modification pics before the repaint but here are some progress shots i took earlier (more changes were made after these pics taken)
