I think that's supposed to be a spine accessory that Raiden is holding in his hand. Not sure why it's so thin like spaghetti, though.

I'm pretty sure he just used Whiplash's whips for that.

The actual in-game spine is much thicker with more parts to it.

Also looks like they toned down the blonde in his hair with more silver.

About time this released, I'm also not happy to see rubber elbows, what bother using rubber to hide a joint if using the joint will likely damage the figure anyway and so no one will use the joint
