Making Of A One Sixth Morris Chair (with foot stool:)

This is my first attempt at scratch building an arm chair. It's a 1930's Morris chair, an early example of a recliner. This one is static but I plan on doing a fully functioning one next.
It's something I need for an upcoming project but I thought I'd share this part first...
