Hello all, I purchased my BF off of CDJapan. I emailed their customer service 2-3 days ago, still no response. The part of Boba's helmet that holds his rangefinder in place is missing. I am usually pretty careful with my figures but I can accept that I lost it. Regardless, I need that piece. I'm ok with paying for the piece as I know it has to be cheaper than buying a replacement figure. Have any of you had any luck with CDJ's customer service? What are my options?
