I'm having problems Bigmike 2738. I preordered and paid for Falconer Predator from him on 8/31/2010. Needless to say I didn't get the preorder from him as he wrote his supplier didn't get those in...and received an email from him saying such. He then emailed me I would have my refund by the end of May 2011. When that didn't happen was told I would have it by June 10th...that didn't happen either. This seller keeps ignoring emails requesting an update as to when I might get my money back when he told me he would keep me posted on it. I may eventually get my refund....but I have serious doubts. Better to just avoid this guy altogether. Obviously, I have no recourse in forcing him to refund my money as the Paypal window expired long ago. I have also contacted IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) but haven't heard anything from them concerning this issue.

I recently purchased a set of comic books from a user named drnoles7842. I changed my address the day I paid for the items, but I guess i should have done it earlier because it did not change by the time the seller got the information. Well naturally I am thinking I can just have the it redirected, but it hasn't even came to Canada yet and its been a month. I explained to the user my predicament and he said he had insurance for this sort of thing and when he said that he called the post office to track it they said it was being shipped back and it couldn't be tracked, but when I tracked it it was still hasn't left for Canada. He has refused to give me my money back and he thinks that I will buy another. He wants me to give him more money for something I already bought and didn't receive when he has insurance to cover it don't buy from him ever.

Honestly, in 99% of the cases, packages tracked from US to Canada won't show past the border until delivered and in some cases never show as delivered. It's feasible that the package might still be en route to your original address and have yet to either be forwarded to your current one (if Canada does that) or returned to him. Honestly, expecting a refund for what is essentially your error isn't right. Especially when the seller doesn't have the items back and insurance won't cover it until there's some resolution as far as delivery. I'd give it more time and wait to see what happens.

I already explained there was an error that was beyond my control.

Yes, but how is that his fault? You're essentially blaming him because he emailed a package to the address you used to pay with. Now you're mad because the package is taking a while because of a mistake you made. I'm more than certain you knew you were moving well before changing the address in the system, so this delay is owned by you. Demanding a refund because of the long delay isn't morally right. As a matter of fact, I don't even think eBaY would side with you over this. But yet, here you are, using your first post on this forum to blast a seller who's done everything he was supposed to do to fulfill his obligation as far as the auction's concerned, because he's not letting you rip him off. :cuckoo:

This is why I don't sell internationally. :lol

Too many risks when shipping internationally. Paypal really won't cover you very well as a seller, because you can't guarantee a signature on delivery. Plus, it is extra work for the seller, having to fill out custom forms, physically go to the P.O., etc. I don't do it anymore.

Have a deal in place with a fellow member. Paid on the 22nd and followed up with 2 PM's with no response and the person hasn't logged in since the 22nd. Also the paypal address I sent the money to is unverified.

i'm not encouraging blocking, that's upto you but i thought i'd post this here

Buyer batman19891 bought at last minute didn't pay and didn't respond to any messages

Does anyone know anything about this person from Australia, Sydney?
https://myworld.ebay.com/neverover2011/&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2754
She said that her name is Amanda Carnemolla, and I still can't get the tracking number from her on the package with SSC Predator Maquette EX. She does not answer to my e-mails too. Gonna ask for the refund, but maybe someone knows her and something just happened to her? I'm absolutely sure that she or someone from her close ones have this MQ coz she send me few really good photos with the nickname sheet.
Thanks for your attention.

exile147 is added to my bad seller list.
I ordered hot toys Hellboy from him, it never arrived after he claimed to send it out twice after the first shipping got return to him. It took me almost 2 months to solve the problem and get my money back through paypal. He got a bunch of negative feedbacks with similar incidents. He gave me tracking numbers which somehow managed to stuck in mid air twice untill now it still said "at postal facility" which is 4 months already. If anyone know how seller can cheat with tracking number please let me know.

I have to throw a rant out here about ebay member: reptilespawn

Which I think is the ebay store for Hollywood Cinema Collectibles.

Anyway, they had a buy it now on one of the SSC Babysitter (black haired version). The buy it now price is $125 with a best offer. So I decided to toss the offer of $50 out there assuming they would either, decline, counter offer or accept. Either one of these was of course fine with me. Yes, $50 might be a low ball offer but I would assume like most I deal with they would count-offer.

So I get a decline offer, ok that is fine they don't want to counter off that is there business. I ignore it UNTIL I get a message from them saying:

"You have been blocked and reported. Good luck with your account."

I am shocked so I respond back asking why. I receive this response:

"You have continued to throw insanely low offers on my auctions after being asked to give reasonable or realistic offers. You have clearly ignored my requests. I feel that you are just playing games with my eBay store and putting a stop to it is what I have done."

Whoa, so I am quite shocked on this. This is what I sent:

"First off, you never once asked ME personally to give a reasonable offer. This is the first communication I have received from you. Secondly, I only see one time I put an offer out to you on an item. If you don't like the offer then don't put a best offer or have an auto decline.

Blocking or "reporting" me really shows your maturity. I gave you an offer on an item for what I thought it was worth, not your ebay gouging prices. You don't see me throwing a hissy fit like a 2 year old because you declined my offer."

I looked at my offers and I only sent ONE to him and even if I DID send multiple offers to him in the past I never ONCE got communication from him indicating he thought me low balling him was unfair to him and I should send in reasonable offers.

So after that message I get this response:

"Go away. "

So seriously, this is how this guy deals?

Anyway just had to rant and I am not hiding anything. You can disagree with me that I was being unfair but whatever. Definitely won't be buying from this guy ever.
