It wasn't wire-framed before? How were people posing them?

My assumption was that it would have the same frame as the Good Guy doll. You know, the one the pushed so hard about it being the most amazing, best thing ever. Now we get a wire frame for this one as if it's an upgrade from the previously 'amazing' frame.

Well I went ahead and put down a $49.95 deposit on the NECA version, so I'll be the official Guinea Pig. I figure I've blown $50 on less-worthy things before, so we'll see how this pans out. NECA's site has the final payment (The remaining $400.00) listed with a due date of 02/03/2020. If anyone has any questions for me about the process, let me know!

Cool. I went direct because NECA 'replacements' have always been easier that way, but BBTS will give you the benefit of seeing some reviews first before you're charged.

I don't know - that nose looks too angular to be either of them. Glen/Glenda? I'll have to pull up some pics.

On the main front - and no disrespect to Mr. Gardner - but I personally never liked Chucky's appearance in 'Seed'. He came out looking like an anime-inspired version of himself. I see the 'Seed of Chucky' doll and end up thinking of Japanese schoolgirls doodling in notebooks...

He was way to bright and colorful looking. He looked so iffy. Like they were trying to make him friendly looking

Not for those Down Under. NECA's always had a distribution problem - more so than Trick or Treat, so I suspect heavy import fees are factored into those prices. But then I'm not telling you anything you don't already really know.
