Here is my vote:

Robert Plant and Jimmy Page
Bono
Eddie Vedder
Axl Rose
Jim Morrison
Steven Tyler

They *have* to get the likeness perfect for these kinds of statues!!

1. Jimmy Buffett
2. Pink Floyd
3. Bob Dylan
4. Bruce Springsteen and Clarence Clemons
5. Bono and The Edge

If they do some jazz artists (I REALLY HOPE THEY DO):

1. Thelonious Monk *PLEASE*
2. John Coltrane
3. Miles Davis
4. Stan Getz
5. Billie Holiday
6. Sarah Vaughn
etc...

Wow...this thread really took off...I was a little surprised to see sooo many different names from different genres.....I hope SS takes a really good look at this thread, there are many good artists to choose from.....If SS really roles with this new line they could keep it going FOREVER....I hope when they do start this line they keep the ES very small, none more that 750!!For the more obscure musicians it would be really cool to see ES as low as 250!! This could be one of SS greatest 1/4 or 1/6 lines ever.....:D

Nice catch Aerosmith. I didn't notice before till now. Good job.

I'm very anxious to see what will be the first piece announced....

I'd say KISS at some point is a guarantee, obviously.

Kneel before the God of thunder and rock and roll!!!!!!

Will slowly rob you of your virgin soul!!!!!!!!!!

I actually like Paul Stanley's version of God of Thunder better than Gene's. I think im probably the only one who does. :D

Anyone else notice it says KISS Army on the amp...

That wasn't there before today's preview! I just happened to have saved the preview page when it first went up, and the KISS Army sticker is not visible! So this is going to be a "spot the clue" type page, which Sideshow is very fond of! Nice eye Aerosmith! :monkey5

I think it is safe to say my predictions of Kiss being the first figure(s) was right. Since Gene was talking to Sideshow last year at SDCC, it would be likely he will be the first figure if they don't do the band all at once. :monkey5
