For XM, you can try this Toys Shop in Malaysia & Designer Toys - Primo Collectibles, I go to this place for my stuff, I heard them talking about shipping to the US using DHL. The are also the distributor for XM, 3A and a few other smaller company.

OK - I can't speak for the Malaysian store, but I just received a ThreeA Ankou-Ex via the Perth (Western Australia) Robotica Toys Ebay store, and it was one of the best transactions I've had of late. I ordered on Monday here in Melbourne, Australia, and it arrived by Wednesday via express postage (which was included in the purchase price). Suffice to say, I'm very happy.
