Not when compared to my thing. And that is collecting the games that Microsoft adds to Windows. It used to be that there were different ones depending on what brand of computer/version of Windows combination you had. I haven't added any in years, but I still look.
Also...if the smiley is animated, how do you save the whole thing. Every time I try, the save just grabs the current "frame".

Just right-click on the image and choose "Save picture as..." and save it to your hard drive. It will appear static (only one frame) in Explorer and some other programs... it requires a web browser or image program to see the animations.
