I got some lycra, made the patterns and my wife explained how the machine works.

I am very happy with the first result :D

I figured out how to make durable decals:

It took the weekend of prototyping, but now that I have the sewing patternds and the correct Decal paper I will a lot of money, I hope ;)
 
You have to pick one for dark cloth. Instead of transferring the print you actually stick a thin layer on the cloth. It is a Dutch brand, but I guess the more high end dark cloth ones all work the same.
It looks great though and doesnt stretch. The suits are made are lycra.

This was done with normal cheaper transfer paper. As you can see it breaks when stretched and the colours arent bright due to the cloth colour:
