Hey there i´m not so long at making customs..i´m pretty inexperienced at hot toys bodies.. i hope someone can help me

so my first problem i put serah connors arms on a Jill battlesuit body..
was pretty easy everthing was fine then i dress up the harnesses then i wonder why the arm dont let be pose.. i notice the shoulder is broken but i dont know how to fix it here a pictures of my mistake:

next question is about changing legs..
i want use serah connor body but i dont like the legs i want change with jills legs because it looks for me more like a human knee..
can it be change?
