Hey, Interesting topic.
I would also like to know.

And also how to make it bigger if it is also possible?

Dorgmal Snow could tell you better, but I believe the best way to do it is make a mold of the head in silicone and then soak the empty mold in acetoneuntil it shrinks to the desired size. Then all you do is just recast the head in the shrunken mold.

Hydrospan 400.

Make a mould of the head, mix up the hydrospan with some water and fill the mould with it.

Once the Hydrospan's set, remove the head, when it reaches the desired size re-mould it.

Thanks for the help. Found the videos.

Hydrospan 100 to make it bigger:

Hydrospan 400 to make it smaller:

Looks awesome.
Still wondering if there is any other way? Not sure if I can get the solutions here in my country.
Any other fool proof method? :cuckoo:
I honestly hoping that the microwave method works for expansion, but apparently not :gah:

Less expensive way: put about 10 per cent of WhitevSpirit in your Mold mix. When it's dry, make a cast everyday until you have the correct size ( when the white spirit evaporates, little by little it contracts the mold, making the cast slightly smaller every time. In the case of a very large head, you may have to make several molds, using the smaller head you,ve achieved as the mold only contracts up to a certain point)

Of course microwaving it won't work. Here's another way, but it may not be any easier to get the products.

This is the best method. I put Dorgmal onto the shrinking process in the first place. :) Its a bit trial and error but gives great reults.

I believe there is a product out there called reduce it. You will need to make a mold of the larger head and use the reduce it in that mold. The head will reduce in size after molded.

I like this idea the most, any link where this "reduce it" product can be purchase from?

Found a tutorial, hope this helps

Here you see head I schrunk using Hydrospan 400
You see that is Slowly shrinks. Both smaller heads were cast from the same big molds a day or so apart :

And here is a calm Lion-O head I shrunk from a 8 inch to a 6 inch figure to replace the screaming one:

I dont think I have any hydrospan left. I will if I do and if it is still okay.
I actually ordered it in Europe

They have fair prices, because it is for education. They also have some cool GITD stuff like tubes you could use for Bane.
You can choose the expanding or the contracting/shrinking version.
The portions are smaller and therefore cheaper to try out.
The shrinking one you mix with 4 or 5 same sizes of ice water. You have to try it a bit to get the right size you want.
Smaller areas shrink quicker than thicker areas. So the best is to wait until the schrinkage is complete. You can cast earlier like I did with the Lion-O, but you see he is a bit bloated in the face.

I hope this helps :)

Wat head do you want to shrink? Maybe I already have it?

Ps:
This is an example of the expanding one. The Clawfull head was the same scale as the Skeletor head:
