how to seal paint?

what happens if you want to paint something but dont want it to ever rub off or come off from touching or water falling on it?
what kind of sealer would work for that?

I use army painter matte varnish spray after I've painted a sculpt, a light coat is all it takes.

same here but if you want a satin finish games workshop aegis suit spray

I use Mr. Super Clear, it withstands normal handling.

Remember even flat sealer can have a gloss of applied to heavily.....light coats...dry...repeat if needed.....like primers
