The same way Superman does: They're not real.

I've wondered the same thing about Wonder Woman flying over the years, but assumed what other folks had mentioned about how she was granted the power of flight later from the Gods. I suppose it's the same situation as Superman. When Supes first came out he jumped very high, but later he was able to fly. In the case of Wonder Woman, they found a reason to make her comparable to Superman.

It's a good reason, and it completes the character. WW not being able to fly would suck.
