Hi, I've received this awesome figure from my friend as he won a local music contest prize.
After unboxing Darth Vader, I have found several issues.

The right ankle pin is attached weird from inside.
I don't think it is broken but
it's very noticeable and influences the figure to stand :(

Also the right part of upper body is kind of crushed.
The right shoulder is loose then the left one T^T

While other users have mentioned, neither my Darth Vaders sound remote control works.
Sound feature never works after 10 minutes from inserting battery.

Is there a way to get replacement from hottoys, while I don't know the shop they bought from?

That ankle isn't broken. You need to be sure to line up the peg perfectly before inserting the leg into the boot.
Its frustrating sometimes when you miss the hole. Yes, that peg in the boot moves.

Also, the shoulder looks fine to me. That "cut away" is for articulation and on most all of similar bodies.

The batteries are probably dead. From what I heard if you don't immediately switch it off after use they'll continue to drain. I won't even bother with mine. Will do the arm for the saber and the belt box and that's it.

The battery was new and some reviewers say there is system issue.
Yeah saber and the belt that's awesome too.
